Refund Policy for Test Company

Once a course is sold, admission is confirmed, service is activated, or certificate/marksheet has been issued, the paid amount will be treated as non-refundable. Refund will not be applicable after successful enrollment, service processing, document generation, or certificate issuance.

Important Points

1. Course / Admission Fees: Course fees or admission fees once paid are non-refundable after enrollment confirmation.

2. Certificate / Marksheet: If certificate, marksheet, ID card, receipt, admission form, or any official document has been issued, refund will not be processed.

3. Institute / Franchisee Application: Processing or registration fees paid for institute/franchisee application may be non-refundable once verification or processing has started.

4. Duplicate / Failed Payment: In case of duplicate payment or payment deducted but service not received, the user may contact support with payment proof for verification.

5. Refund Timeline: If any refund is approved after verification, it may take 7 to 15 working days to process, depending on bank/payment gateway timelines.
